This service handles the synchronization of the Up state of assets and locations with the system's reporting of down time. The rule to place a location or asset in the Up state is as follows:
- All assets or locations in the Down state are possible candidates to be put in the Up State;
- Of these entities, the only ones placed in the Up state are those which do not have a shutdown on the current date and whose on service date has already gone by;
- If at least one asset or location is placed in the Up state, the notification set in the Maintenance Configuration is sent.
