Technicians have the possibility of changing the states of Work Orders assigned to them.
To change the state of a work order, follow these steps:
- Edit the work order.
- Select the state in which you want to place the Work Order.
The state is automatically saved after being selected. To revert this selection, use the “Revert” button next to the state selection.
For the state to be updated on the backoffice, you need to access the synchronization option and perform the upload.
Work orders can be edited from the work order list, the dashboard or the calendar.

How to set an asset or location to available?
When users execute a work order with an operating state causing down time, a message is displayed asking them whether the asset or location should be made available again. If so, the asset or location is set to available (Up Time).
