Create Items

Items can be used in the maintenance plans for forecasting needs and/or in the material consumption report after being created.
To create an item, follow these steps:

  1. Select the All Tasks Menu | Materials | Items option;
  2. Next, select the Create new record option at the top of the list;
  3. Fill in the Name, Item Type and Tax Schema fields;
  4. By default, when you create an item, it is automatically flagged for moving stock;
  5. To save the information in the item file, select the Create option.
