Mobile – Exploring Work Orders

It is very important for technicians to be able to quickly view the work that they must perform. You can check the work that needs to be done through the following options:

  1. Technician Dashboard – allows technicians to immediately know the number of work orders assigned to them, broken down by state.
  2. Calendar – allows technicians to view the work orders that they must execute on a given day.
  3. List of work orders – allows technicians to view work orders assigned to them, broken down by state, as well as those created in the device, but that have not been synchronized yet.

How to filter work orders in the technician dashboard?

To apply a date filter to work orders, press the other options button (3 dots) on the upper right corner and select the “Filter” option.

You can apply the following filters:

  • Date – this filter allows you to filter all WOs within a specific date range. After selecting the start and end dates, you can view in the chart:
    • all WOs for which the date is within the selected time range.
  • Expected Date – this filter allows you to filter all WOs within a specific date range. After selecting the start and end dates, you can view in the chart:
    • all WOs for which the expected date is within the selected time range.
  • Expected End Date – this filter allows you to filter all WOs within a specific date range:
    • all WOs for which the expected end date is within the selected time range
  • Work center – this filter allows you to filter all WOs by work center.
  • Person in Charge – this filter allows you to filter all WOs by person in charge.
  • Priority – this filter allows you to filter all WOs by priority:
  • Relevance – this filter allows you to filter all WOs by asset or location relevance:
  • Location – this filter allows you to filter all WOs by the selected location.
  • Parent location – this filter allows you to filter all WOs by the selected parent location.
  • Person in Charge (location) – this filter allows you to filter all WOs by person in charge of the location:
  • Asset – this filter allows you to filter all WOs by the selected asset.
  • Parent asset – this filter allows you to filter all WOs by the selected parent asset.
  • Asset Location – this filter allows you to filter all WOs by the asset’s location.
  • Parent asset location – this filter allows you to filter all WOs by the asset’s parent location.

How to access the monthly view in the calendar?

To change from weekly to monthly view, follow these steps:

  1. On the upper right corner select the other options menu (3 dots) and a screen with the “Refresh” and “Monthly view” options will be displayed.
  2. Select the “Monthly view” option.

If there are days where you can see the (.) symbol, it means that there are work orders in the Approved and/or In Progress state scheduled for that day.
