All configuration entities have the ability to add attachments. To add the attachments follow these steps:
- Create or edit an entity record (such as creating an asset or a location) with attachments;
- Select the Entity Attachment tab;
- Add a new row on the grid and select a file on the “Document” column;
- Confirm the changes to the file.
You can set an attachment as available for printing on user-created reports by enabling the “Allow Printing” option. This option is available only for attachments in JPEG or PNG format.
