The maintenance manager is the person in charge of allocating work to team members. In Valuekeep Mobile this task is accomplished by using the Assign work orders option.
Maintenance managers can assign work orders to one or more technicians using the following options:
- Menu | Work Management | Dashboard: displays the “Assign work order” option
- Menu | Work Management | Work | Work Orders: select a work order in a state that allows assignment, edit it and press the assign option
After pressing the assign option, a screen is displayed with all technicians associated with the work order’s work center. Maintenance managers then select one or more technicians and press Save.
To unassign follow the same process but select the unassign option.
