To configure a printer to be used for printing labels for assets or locations, access the “Configurations” menu and select the “Printer” option. For the first time, users will have no printers configured and a menu for searching for bluetooth devices will popup. When the search ends select the printer you wish to use from the list. After selecting the device, you will be redirected to the printer configuration menu, the “MAC Address” and other fields should already be filled in. Next, simply press the “SAVE” button and the printer will be correctly configured. If your printer does not include bluetooth technology, you need to select the “Type of Com” field, regarding the type of communication to use. After making this change you need to enter the “IP Address” field as well as the “Port”.
