To configure the label to print for assets or locations, access the "Configurations" menu and choose the "Label Configuration" option.
A new menu will be displayed where you must specify the path to the labels to print for assets and locations, respectively.
Long press a field to select one of the template labels.
How to configure a label to be used by Valuekeep mobile?
To use your own customized labels you need to include the following tags in your file:
- [ORGANIZATION] – which will be replaced with the organization's name.
- [CODE] – which will be replaced with the Asset or Location's code.
- [KEYWORD] – which will be replaced with the Asset or Location's keyword.
- [BARCODE] – which will be replaced with the Asset or Location's tag.
What file types can I use?
You need to choose files with a "*.txt" file type for Valuekeep Mobile to be able to read your label and replace fields with variable information.
For this you will need to use your label designer and "print to file" with the ".txt" file extension.
