How to select master data to be integrated?

The integration of master data is done according to the following rules:

Items with stock

  • Warehouses – all items which move stock and have the warehouse suggestion(s) selected or which have stock in the selected warehouse(s) are synchronized. To select items, having at least one warehouse selected is required. The country must be filled for the warehouse in ERP PRIMAVERA;
  • Families – all items which move stock, from the selected warehouse(s) and belonging to the selected family are synchronized, if there are any;
  • Brands – all items which move stock, from the selected warehouse(s) and family(ies) and which belong to the selected brand are synchronized. If no families are selected, all items belonging to the selected warehouse(s) and brands are synchronized;
  • Models – all items which move stock, from the selected warehouse(s), family(ies) and brand(s) belonging to the selected model are synchronized. If no brands are selected, all items belonging to the selected warehouse(s) and models are synchronized.

Items without stock

  • Families – all items which do not move stock, from the selected family(ies) are synchronized. To select items, having at least one family selected is required.
  • Brands – all items which do not move stock, from the selected family(ies) and brand(s) are synchronized.
  • Models – all items which do not move stock, from the selected family(ies), brand(s) and model(s) are synchronized. If no brands are selected, all items belonging to the selected family(ies) and model(s) are synchronized.

Employees

  • Work Locations – all employees of the selected work locations are synchronized. Having at least one work location selected is required;
  • Departments – all employees of the selected departments and work locations are synchronized;
  • Positions – all employees of the selected work locations, departments and positions are synchronized. In case there are no departments selected, all employees of the selected positions and work locations are selected;
  • Categories – all employees of the selected work locations, departments, positions and categories are selected. In case there are no departments nor positions selected, all employees of the selected work location and category are selected.

Countries

All countries recorded in ERP PRIMAVERA are synchronized to ValueKeep.

Cost Centers

All cost centers recorded in ERP PRIMAVERA are synchronized to ValueKeep.

Exchange Rates

All exchange rates recorded in ERP PRIMAVERA are synchronized to ValueKeep.

Suppliers

All suppliers belonging to the selected countries are exported to ValueKeep. Only the selected countries are exported to ValueKeep.

Customers

All customers belonging to the selected countries are exported to ValueKeep. Only the selected countries are exported to ValueKeep.

Currencies

All currencies existing in ERP PRIMAVERA are synchronized to ValueKeep. The ERP’s fields – Alphabetic code ISO 4217, Symbol, Integer and Decimal – are required.

The units are not imported into ValueKeep, as such, it is necessary to ensure that the ERP’s units are equal to ValueKeep’s. Items with more than 20 characters are not transferred to Valuekeep.
In ValueKeep, it is not possible to create/change: items, warehouses, countries, families, currencies and exchange rates. The following entities can be created/changed in ValueKeep: brands, models, customers, suppliers and employees. However, these changes are not transferred to the ERP.
