Maintenance managers can view all the costs of work orders for which they are responsible or from work centers for which they are responsible. To view the costs, follow these steps:
- Select the Dashboard option from the menu;
- Select the costs Dashboard;
- From the upper right corner, press the other options symbol (3 dots) and select the “Details” option. The list of all work orders and work orders from work centers for which you are responsible will be displayed;
- Select the work order for which you want to view the costs to display a screen with details about the work order;
- Press the “i” button in front of each type of cost in the costs chart. Costs for that work order are synchronized and a list will display all the costs reported for the current work order under the selected type.
