Mobile – Issues List

To access the list of Issues, go to the “Maintenance Request” area and select the “Issues” option.

The list displays two tabs, Drafts and Issues. The “Drafts” tab displays issues created in Valuekeep Mobile or issues in draft state in Valuekeep. The “Issues” tab display all issues created by the authenticated user, in the different states.

With the “+” button, you can create a new issue.

How to apply a filter to the list?

From the list of issues, press the other options button (3 dots button on the upper right corner) and select the “Filter” option.

You can apply the following filters:

  • Date – Filters all issues within a specific date range. After selecting the start and end dates, you can view in the chart:
    • all issues for which the date is within the selected time range
  • Expected End Date – Filters all issues within a specific date range.
    • all issues for which the expected end date is within the selected time range
  • Priority – Filters all issues by priority.
  • Relevance – Filters all issues by asset or location relevance.
  • State – Filters all issues by their state.
  • Location – Filters all issues by the selected location.
  • Parent location – Filters all issues by the selected parent location.
  • Person in Charge (location) – Filters all issues by person in charge of the location.
  • Asset – Filters all issues by the selected Asset.
  • Parent asset – Filters all issues by the selected parent asset.
  • Asset Location – Filters all issues by the asset location.
  • Asset parent location – Filters all issues by the asset’s parent location.
  • Person in Charge (asset) – Filters all issues by person in charge of the Asset.

How to sort the list?

From the list of issues, press the other options button (3 dots button on the upper right corner) and select the “Order” option.

You can sort the following fields by ascending order:

  • Date
  • Expected End Date
  • State
  • Priority
  • Relevance
