Preventive maintenances batch management was designed to allow you to simultaneously change the state, delete or create new versions for a set of preventive maintenances. For this, follow these steps:
- Access the operation under Maintenance | Utilities | Preventive Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance Batch Management;
- You must set the State filter;
- Optionally, set the filters:
Work center – only work centers where the authenticated user is the person in charge are displayed;
Date;
Location;
Asset;
Location route;
Asset route. - Click “Apply“. The grid is loaded with the preventive maintenances that match the selected filters;
- Select for which preventive maintenances you want to change or delete the state:
Change state: Click the “Change State” button and select the desired state to change the state of the preventive maintenance;
Delete: Click the “Delete” button to delete preventive maintenances;
How to create new versions of preventive maintenances in batch?
The ability to create new versions of preventive maintenances in batch was designed to allow you to simultaneously create new versions for a set of preventive maintenances (PMs).
To create new versions of Preventive Maintenances in batch, follow these steps:
- Access the operation under Maintenances | Utilities | Preventive Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance Batch Management;
- You are required to set the following filter:
State; - Optionally, you can set the following filters:
Work Center – only work centers where the authenticated user is the person in charge are displayed;
Location, asset or route; - Click Apply. The grid is loaded with the PMs that correspond to the selected filters;
- Select the desired PMs;
- Click the “New Version” button;
- Click the “Pending” button if you want to create new versions in the Pending state;
- Click the “Approved” button if you want to create and approve the new versions.
How to edit the attributes of several preventive maintenances during the change of state or creation of new versions?
To make it quicker to simultaneously edit several preventive maintenances you can change their fields during the change of states or creation of new versions.
For this, follow these steps:
- Access the operation under Maintenances | Utilities | Preventive Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance Batch Management;
- You are required to set the following filter:
State; - Optionally, you can set the following filters:
Work Center – only work centers where the authenticated user is the person in charge are displayed;
Location, asset or route; - Click Apply. The grid is loaded with the PMs that correspond to the selected filters;
- Select the desired PMs;
- Change the desired fields in the preventive maintenances (See which fields allow editing below);
- Click the “Change state” or “New Version” button;
The following fields allow editing:
- Priority Level;
- Person in charge of the preventive maintenance;
- Cost Center;
- Projection End;
- WO State;
- Supplier;
- Supplier Contract.
