Mobile – Additional Fields

In the Valuekeep Mobile app, it is possible to download and fill in additional system fields. To activate this feature, you must activate the option “Additional Fields Activated”, in the backoffice, in the maintenance definitions. After activating this option in the BO, you must synchronize the Support Tables in your mobile app. After following these steps, you will gain access to a new tab in the following entities:

  • Assets: In this tab you will have access to the system fields: – Manufacturer
  • Work Orders: In this tab you will have access to the system fields: – Expected Cost – Expected Duration
    In the case of the data already synchronized in your app, in order to access this fields, you will need to edit the record to force its synchronization or to reinstall the app and bring all the missing data.
