You can change the asset location from the Asset Management module. To change a location, follow these steps:
- From the Asset Management menu, select the “Assets” option to display a list of assets in Valuekeep
- Select the asset and edit it
- After editing an asset, the (…) icon appears in the upper right corner. Press it and select the “Change asset location” option.
- When you press the “Change asset location”, all location changes of the selected asset for the last 12 months will be downloaded.
- The list of localization changes is displayed. To add a new location change, use the (+) button.
- The location change records screen is displayed
You can only delete and change records of location changes that have not been synchronized yet.
To download the location change, you need an active Internet connection.
