To access the menu for reporting asset/location down time, select the “Asset/Location” option through the app menu, in the Asset Management area. After selecting the desired asset/location, press the (…) icon on the upper right corner and select the “Report down time” option.
A list will be displayed with the history of asset/location down time reports for the current year. Similarly to the other lists, this one also displays reports in error state in red and editing state in yellow.
Pressing the “+” button displays the down time report menu.
For this, you need to fill in the following fields:
- Asset – Asset to report
- Location – Location to report
- Start date – Start date of the down time report
- End date – End date of the down time report
- Remarks (optional) – Remarks of the report
You can access the “Edit”, “Sync” or “Delete” options with the (…) icon next to the selected report after saving the report.
