The following information will be included in the “observations” tab of the internal document created in Valuekeep:
- If the origin is an internal request of Valuekeep:
- Line 1 of observations contains the work order number, the asset or location/route and the internal request description. Information is shown in the following format: WO number – asset/location/route – description of the internal request;
- In the following lines, there are notes from internal requests lines in the following format: item – note.
- If the origin is a cost document of Valuekeep:
- Line 1 of observations contains the work order number, the asset or location, or the route;
- In line 2, the work order observations are included;
- In the following lines there are notes from documents lines. Information is shown in the following format: Number 1 – line note.
