Release of Version 2.21

Valuekeep informs that the following features will be made available in version 2.20 of our solution, released last Saturday 29.01.2017:

  1. The “Asset Location Change” method will be made available through the webAPI;
  2. Changes in the meter creation screen – the “Meter group” is no longer required and fields were added to characterize the meter along with the cost per unit of the meter’s value. The cost field will allow managers to know how much is being spent, for example, in electricity;
  3. The “Total Cost” field was added to the meter values list. This field represents the increase * cost per unit value;
  4. Changes in the operating conditions creation screen – the “Monitoring Group” field is no longer required and fields were added to characterize the operating condition;
  5. The task’s expected and real duration columns were added to the work order tasks by employee list;
  6. The “Default maintenance plan” field was added to the work order type screen. This field allows you to specify which maintenance plan is inherited by the WO on the work order type;
  7. The default values are now loaded for the following fields when creating an issue: Work Center, Work Center Person in charge, Maintenance Plan specified in the work order type;
  8. The “Expected date” field was added to the work order screen. The purpose of this field is to specify the expected start date for the work order.

The future release of Valuekeep will include the following new features:

  1. The setting of a structure will be optional
  2. The Work Report will be available from smartphones
  3. The Work Report will include a new Branding
  4. The following new features in Work Report:
    1. Reporting Meters and Monitorings associated with the WO
    2. Other Costs Report
