Valuekeep informs that the following features will be made available with version 2.74, which will be released on 27/10:
Maintenance Management Solution
- New email tags available – there are new tags that can be selected while creating email templates. For example, you can now send an email to create a work order or issue for an asset with information on the asset’s location, address, phone contact, and GPS coordinates.
- Selecting route elements from the list of preventive maintenance events – it is now possible to add the route asset or location column in the list of preventive maintenance events.
- Work Order Operational Report specifies the maintenance plan’s expected material quantities – if there are items associated with the maintenance plan, these will be displayed in the operational report consumption.
- Internal requests in the Waiting for Approval state can be changed – it is now possible to change all the information on an internal request while in the Waiting for Approval state.
- New data filters by customer, supplier, cost center and employee in the Work Orders Explorer.
- New side dashboard explorer – now allows you to access some operations within the context of the work order (eg.: Internal Requests, Failures, etc.)
Mobile Solution
- Asset Management Module
- Changes in the lists of downtime records and location changes – are now being downloaded on request with data referring only to the last 12 months.
- Access to Google Maps using the asset location’s GPS coordinates in the map view.
- Work Report Module
- Access to Google Maps using the asset location’s GPS coordinates in the map view.
- Work Management Module
- Assigning technicians to work orders by drag and drop in the map view.
- List of preventive maintenance events for the current month and next month.
