After updates, users must clear their temporary files in Internet Explorer.

  1. Open Internet Explorer;
  2. Access the Tools option and select “Internet Options”.
  3. The configuration screen will be displayed. Select the “General” tab
  4. In the “Browsing history” section of the General tab, press “Delete…”.

If the Valuekeep page is setup as the default homepage, follow these steps to clear the temporary files:

  1. Open Internet Explorer;
  2. Access the Tools option and select “Internet Options”.
  3. In the “General” tab, remove the default homepage
  4. Save
  5. Access the Tools option and select “Internet Options” again.
  6. From the “General” tab, press “Delete…” in the “Browing history” section.
