Valuekeep informs that the following features will be made available with version 2.60, which will be released on 16/12/2017:

- Preventive Maintenance
- From the “Preventive Maintenance Batch Management” you can now:
- Change the following fields: priority level, person in charge, cost center, supplier and supplier contract;
- Create a new version of one or several preventive maintenances in Pending state;
- Create a new version of one or several preventive maintenances in the Approved state. When the new version is created as approved, the state of the previous version changes to Replaced.
- From the “Preventive Maintenance Batch Management” you can now:
- Changing the dates of work orders and issues
- Users with an Administrator profile can now view and change the dates of state transitions for issues and work orders;
- From the issue editing screen you can change dates of state transitions if it is not associated with a work order. If the issue is associated with a work order, changes must be done in the work order;
- From the work order editing screen you can change the state transition dates.
- Viewing the state transitions history
- Users with editing access to issues, failures and work orders can view the history of state transitions.
- Work orders
- From the work order editing screen you can change the down time starting date;
- When a work order’s state is Executed, you can change the type of work order.
- Costs Report
- Before version 2.60 it was not possible to select the cost center when reporting labor, other costs, expenses and consumption. Starting this version, the system will apply the work order’s cost center by default but the user can change this later;
- It is now possible to report other costs for a work order when its state is Executed.
- Preventive Maintenance
- ERP PRIMAVERA Integrator Add-on:
- Ability to integrate items without stock;
- Release of a list with ERP stock information at the moment of integration.
