Indicators

Before installing Valuekeep Analytics, make sure to comply with the following requirements:

•  Power BI Desktop must be installed (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45331);
• The “Valuekeep Analytics” Addon must be subscribed in the Valuekeep portal
• The Costs Report Template must be downloaded from the Valuekeep portal.

Before viewing the report data, it must be configured. For information on configuring Valuekeep Analytics read the following article: “How to configure the Valuekeep Analytics reports?”

The Costs Report can be used to get more information on the costs of maintenance and to analyze the costs of cost centers, using the different filters available.

This report displays 6 panels with the following analytics and metrics:

• Metrics on Total Maintenance Cost, Asset Replac. Value/Total Cost (EN15341 – E1), Internal Labor/Total Cost (EN15341 – E8), External Labor/Total Cost (EN15341 – E9) and Contracts/Total Cost (EN15341 – E10), Consumptions/Total Cost (EN15341 – E11);
