This article details the entire process for configuring and structuring the Spare Parts Report.

Requirements

  •  Power BI Desktop must be installed (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45331);
  • The “Valuekeep Analytics” Addon must be subscribed in the Valuekeep portal
  • The Spare Parts Report Template must be downloaded from the Valuekeep portal.

Configuring the Report

Before viewing the report data, it must be configured. For information on configuring Valuekeep Analytics read the following article: “How to configure the Valuekeep Analytics reports?”

Report Description

The Spare Parts Report can be used to get more information on the items consumed, namely their quantities and price, using the different filters available.

This report displays a panel with the following analytics and metrics:

Summary

  • Metrics with the Total Cost, Number of Internal Requests, Approved, Closed and Rejected Internal Requests and the Number of Items below the Minimum Stock;
  • Analytics on Items Consumed per Parent Asset, Asset and Item;
  • Analytics on the Most Consumed Items (Top 10);
  • Analytics on Consumption per Assortment (Top 10);
  • Analytics on Average Response Times (h) by Type of Work Order;
  • Available filters:
    • Work Center
    • Consumption Report Date
    • Warehouse
    • Assortment
    • Brand
    • Model
    • Item
