• The “Valuekeep Analytics” Addon must be subscribed in the Valuekeep portal
• The Work Report Template must be downloaded from the Valuekeep portal

The Work Report can be used to get more information on the work center and better analytics, breaking down information by work order type and state, using the different filters available.

Summary

• Metrics with the number of Delayed Work Orders, Total Work Orders, Non-Compliant and Compliant WO Rates;
• Analytics on Work Orders per Month and Year with YoY comparison;
• Analytics on the Number of Work Orders per Work Order State;
• Analytics on the Number of Work Orders by Work Order Type and Maintenance Plan Type;
• Analytics on the SLA Compliance Rates by Work Order Type;
• Analytics on Average Response Times (h) by Type of Work Order;

Work Centers
