Loading meters in batch was designed to allow you to simultaneously load a set of meters. For this, follow these steps:
- Access the Cooperative Operations | Utilities | Batch Load Sessions operations;
- Fill in the Description field;
- In the Module option, select MaintenanceManagementCore;
- In the Service option, select Meter Service;
- Download the sample document (Meter);
- Complete the documents;
- Add the filled in document;
- Create.
After the operation is submitted, you can see the log file containing information on any error that may occur during loading.
If there are no messages in the log file, this means the operation is still in progress. Loading times vary depending on the number of maintenance plans to be created.
Types of meters
You need to select one of the two existing types of meters in the meter batch loading. The required field is the Code field.

Average calculation
An asset’s preventive maintenance may be performed based on meters. If you want the preventive maintenance to be done using the meters, you need to specify which average calculation will be used by Valuekeep for the meter.
Please enter one of the following 3 options in the “Average Calculation Method”:
