Valuekeep informs that in the version 2.20 of our solution, released last Saturday 29.01.2017, the following functionalities were made available:
- New product help Valuekeep Help Center – accessible via the help button in our solution. The existing content was organized by profiles and modules for easy reference;
- Optimization and simplification of menus available for each profile;
- Refinement of the Maintenance Configuration Screen to facilitate the process of loading locations and assets. In this screen, was also added more information regarding the daily calculation of preventive maintenance.
- Inclusion of Check Lists for tasks, with aim to speed up the reporting and classification of work performed (reporting hours is now optional);
- Definition of the time zone used to calculate preventive maintenance events, allowing the user to plan preventive maintenance actions for a different time zone than yours;
- Integration of UNIVERSE product line with PowerBI, giving the product Administrator an option to create Dashboards with this tool;
- A new Dashboard Template was launched in Power BI to help you control Maintenance Costs;
- Update of Report Designer tool and launch of a new operational map for Work Orders.
