Maintenance managers must always be up to date concerning asset and location indicators.

The Asset Management module of the Valuekeep Mobile APP allows you get information concerning the down time of your assets and locations at any time.
This Dashboard displays a vertical bar chart with the down time figures for a specified date range and is divided into two tabs:

  •  Locations – Displays the Top 5 locations with the most down time.
  •  Assets – Displays the Top 5 assets with the most down time.

From this menu you can also create new assets and locations by pressing the “+” button, which triggers a popup window to choose whether to create a location or asset.
Using the second button from this menu you can “scan” a Tag and open the asset/location editing screen directly. You can scan the following tags:

  • QR / Barcode
  • NFC
  • RFID

How to filter data in the dashboard?

To apply a date filter to the data displayed, press the other options button (the “burger button”) on the upper right corner of the dashboard and select “Filter“.

The following filters are available depending on the chart displayed:

  • Date – this filter allows you to filter all locations/assets for which the date is within the selected time range.

For locations charts:

      • Location – this filter allows you to filter results by the selected location.
      • Parent location – this filter allows you to filter results by the selected parent location.
      • Location Function – this filter allows you to filter results by the selected location function.

For asset charts:

    • Asset – this filter allows you to filter results by the selected asset.
    • Parent Asset – this filter allows you to filter results by the selected parent asset.
    • Asset Family – this filter allows you to filter results by the asset’s family.
    • Asset Brand – this filter allows you to filter results by the asset’s brand.
    • Asset Model – this filter allows you to filter results by the asset’s model.

How to drill-down from the dashboard?

You can view the records that generated each dashboard from the dashboard. For this, select “Details” from the other options (3 dots) menu to display a new window with the records that originated the chart.

You can sort records on this list by their down time.
