This article details the entire process for configuring and structuring the Assets Report.

Requirements

  •  Power BI Desktop must be installed (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45331);
  • The “Valuekeep Analytics” Addon must be subscribed in the Valuekeep portal
  • The Assets Report Template must be downloaded from the Valuekeep portal

Configuring the Report

Before viewing the report data, it must be configured. For information on configuring Valuekeep Analytics read the following article: “How to configure the Valuekeep Analytics reports?”

Report Description

The Assets Report can be used to get more information on the performance of assets and to analyze their failures, using the different filters available.

This report displays 3 panels with the following analytics and metrics:

Summary

  • Metrics with the Requested Time, Up / Requested Time (EN15341 T2), Down Time, Global Failure Rate and Global MTBF;
  • Analytics on Location Down Time (Top 10);
  • Analytics on Up and Down Time per Month;
  • Analytics on Unavailable Equipment (Top 10);
  • Analytics on MTBF per Month and Year;
  • Available filters:
    • Work Center
    • Date

Assets

  • Analytics on Requested Time, Up and Down Time;
  • Analytics on Down Time per Operating Condition;
  • Analytics on Down Time per Asset Family, Brand and Model;
  • Analytics on Down Time per Month and Year with YoY comparison;
  • Available filters:
    • Date
    • Parent Location
    • Location
    • Asset Family
    • Asset
    • Brand
    • Model

Failures

  • Metrics on Failures due to Environmental Damage/Calendar Days(EN15341 – T3), Failures causing Injury to People/Failures (EN15341 – T11), Failures causing Potential Injury to People/Failures (EN15341 – T12) and Failures causing Damage to the Environment/Failures (EN15341 – T13).
  • Analytics on Failure Causes per Asset Family, Brand and Model (Top 10);
  • Analytics of Failures per Asset Families, Brand and Model;
  • Analytics on Failure Rates per Month and Year;
  • Analytics on the Number of Failures, Failure Rate and MTBF per Asset and Asset Family;
