To access the list of assets, go to the Asset Management area and select the “Asset” option from the menu.
The “Assets” tab displays the list of assets from the backoffice, the “Drafts” tab displays a list of assets created by the user that have not been synced with the backoffice yet.
Assets for which there was a synchronization error are shown in the list with a vertical red bar.
Assets with pending synchronization are shown in the list with a vertical yellow bar.
With the “+” button, you can create a new asset.
How to filter the data?
From the list of assets, press the other options button (3 dots button on the upper right corner) and select the “Filter” option.
You can apply the following filters:
- Asset – this filter allows you to filter the list by the selected asset.
- Parent asset – this filter allows you to filter the list by the selected parent asset.
- Parent – this filter allows you to filter the asset list by the selected parent location.
- Family – this filter allows you to filter the asset list by the selected family.
- Brand – this filter allows you to filter the asset list by the selected brand.
- Model – this filter allows you to filter the asset list by the selected model.
- Person in Charge – this filter allows you to filter the asset list by the selected person in charge.
- Time Schedule – this filter allows you to filter the asset list by the selected time schedule.
